Jeff Thompson – Executive Director, Founder
Jeff Thompson is the founding director of Baltimore’s 10:12 Sports, and previously founded both T48 Fitness and Urban Promise Academy (DE), where he also taught. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where he was a Division 1 football player and excelled in academics. Since moving to Baltimore in 2012, Jeff has been heavily involved in using sports and fitness to help shape and empower young men, while teaching them about the love of Christ.
Jeff currently lives with his lovely wife and three beautiful children in West Baltimore. He and his family have chosen to intentionally live in the neighborhoods of the youth that they serve. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys: fishing, weightlifting, playing sports, and going to outdoor concerts.

Maurice “Coach Mo” Williams- Director of Player Engagement
Maurice Williams is an assistant men’s basketball coach at Johns Hopkins University. In his first year, the Hopkins Blue Jays finished with a 24-5 overall record and a national ranking of 12th in the country which is the second best record in school history. Williams has also held collegiate coaching positions with Stevenson, Frostburg State, Salisbury and Eastern universities. “Coach Mo”, as he is known by peers and in the coaching profession, views coaching as his ministry to serve student athletes by teaching life lessons.
Williams played collegiate basketball at Frostburg State University, while being a stand out player he obtained a bachelor degree in Health and Physical Education. He completed his Master’s degree at Ohio University in Coaching Education in 2015.
As Director of Player Engagement, Maurice is using his extensive knowledge and training in Coaching Education to impact the lives of Baltimore youth.
